Structual:
1. This machine is mainly composed of components such as frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, lining plate, etc. The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft through a V-belt, causing the moving jaw to move along the adjusted trajectory, thereby crushing the material in the crushing chamber. 2. The frame is a solid cast steel structure, with fixed toothed plates fastened with wedge bolts on the front wall of the frame. Edge guards are installed on the left and right walls of the crusher to prevent wear and tear on the side walls of the frame.
3. The movable jaw is a one-time formed cast steel component, with a movable jaw plate installed on the front. Its upper part is suspended on the frame through an eccentric shaft and a bearing, while the lower part is supported on the elbow plate and in rolling contact with the elbow plate.
4. The eccentric shaft is a cast steel component that undergoes ultrasonic testing and tempering treatment before assembly. There are flywheels and pulleys at both ends of the eccentric shaft. The other end of the elbow plate is supported on the adjustment seat. In addition to supporting the moving jaw, the elbow plate prevents materials that cannot be broken from entering the crushing chamber. In the event of a sudden increase in machine load, it serves as a safety measure to prevent self breakage and protect other components from damage. The tension spring device is used to ensure the close connection between the jaw crusher, the elbow plate, and the adjustment seat, ensuring the normal operation of the crusher. The spring pressure during the operation of the crusher should not be too high, as long as it can eliminate the impact sound between the elbow plate, the moving jaw, and the adjustment seat.
