Centralized hydraulic control, simpler operation and maintenance

All actions of the mobile crushing and screening plant are controlled by the centralized hydraulic system, and the operator can set the machine operation actions simply and quickly; at the same time, through centralized lubrication, the operator can quickly complete the maintenance work directly on the road.

The materials of the mobile crushing and screening plant are transported to the crushing equipment through the belt conveyor for crushing. The crushed materials fall into the belt conveyor and are sent out. The sent materials are folded back to the belt conveyor above the vibrating screen through the rotating hopper, and the materials are transported to the vibrating screen. The qualified materials screened by the vibrating screen are either sent out by the sorting hopper or sent out of the material pile by the belt conveyor below the vibrating screen. The unqualified large pieces of materials are directly sent back to the crushing chamber of the crusher for further crushing. Main structure: mainly composed of the frame part, the eccentric shaft rotating part, the crushing chamber working part, the safety device, the discharge port adjustment device, etc.

1. Frame part: mainly composed of side plates, front box assembly, rear box weldment, etc.

2. Eccentric shaft rotating part: mainly composed of movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, pulley, etc., which is the main component for transmitting power.

3. Crushing chamber working part: mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, side lining plate, guard plate, etc., which is the working part of crushing materials.

4. Safety device: It is composed of toggle plate, toggle plate seat, spring, spring pull rod, etc. It is a component that plays a safety role in the crusher under abnormal conditions.

5. Discharge port adjustment device: This device is used to adjust the size of the discharge port and control the discharge particle size. It is mainly composed of an adjustment fixed inclined block, an adjustment sliding inclined block, a top screw bolt, a slider locking pull rod, etc.
