Why is the jaw crusher not suitable for crushing small materials?
Jaw crusher is one of the most commonly used equipment in mining machinery industry, mostly used for coarse crushing of materials, the equipment is mainly through the extrusion between two jaw plates to break materials, and this crushing method is suitable for dealing with large and medium hardness of materials.For fine materials, the crushing efficiency of jaw crusher is low.
2.The design and working principle of jaw crusher is to simulate the movement of the two jaws of animals to complete the crushing operation of the material, the crushing process is mainly achieved through the extrusion, which determines that it is more suitable for dealing with larger materials,for small materials,this extrusion effect may not be enough to achieve the ideal crushing effect. And the processing of fine materials requires higher precision and more detailed operation , which is beyond the operating range of the jaw crusher.
3.Jaw crusher compared with other crushers, one of the disadvantages is low crushing efficiency, which is a big problem for the treatment of small materials,the treatment of small materials requires higher efficiency and more fine operation, and the low efficiency of the jaw crusher can not meet the demand.
In summary,jaw crusher is not suitable for crushing small materials,for fine processing of small materials, choose other types of crusher may be more appropriate.
