Instructions for use:
1. Before starting: carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearings is good, and whether there is sufficient lubricating grease at the connections inside the bearings and elbow plates. Carefully inspect all fasteners for safety and reliability. Whether the protective cultivation device is in good condition, and if any unsafe phenomena are found, they should be dealt with immediately. Check for ore and other debris in the crushing chamber. Check if the lifting bolt is retractable, if the gasket is tightened, and if the T-shaped bolt is tightened. It is strictly prohibited for the lifting bolt to come into contact with the adjustment seat during the operation of the crusher.
2. When starting: After inspection and verification, the machine can only be started if all parts are normal. Only allowed to start without load. When starting, it is necessary to use a ringtone or signal in advance for warning. When starting, it should be jogged first and then restarted if there are no abnormalities. If any abnormal situations are found during startup, it should be stopped immediately. After identifying the cause and eliminating the abnormal factors, normal operation can be put into operation
3. Maintenance and use: The crusher can only be fed after normal operation. The materials should be evenly added to the crushing chamber and avoid side loading to prevent sudden changes in load or unilateral increase. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ° C, and the highest temperature should not exceed 70 ° C. If it exceeds, it should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and eliminated. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first. After the crushed material in the crushing chamber is completely emptied, the motor should be turned off. If the motor stops due to material blockage during use, it should be immediately turned off to eliminate the material before use. One end of the jaw plate is worn and can be turned back for use.
