1.The machine power outage maintenance, the motor control switch must be cut off, and on the main switch to hang the "maintenance, strictly prohibited closing" power danger sign, to ensure that the crusher can not start in the maintenance process, to avoid safety accidents.
2.The replacement of heavy parts or structural parts must use appropriate, reasonable design and sufficient carrying capacity of lifting or transportation equipment, placed on the ground should have sufficient carrying capacity, personnel are prohibited to stay or walk under the lifting of heavy objects.
3.In the ground operation, to use the ladder or working platform, can not use the machine parts as the working platform, all above the ground maintenance work to use appropriate safety equipment and operating procedures.
4.Before the start of the maintenance work to wipe the machine, remove the dust near the parts, sand and gravel, wipe off the oil with a fiberless rag, and then drain the oil or remove the tubing joint and other work, the parts should be kept clean after cleaning, and cover the protection before assembly.
5.Check all lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, hydraulic hose penetration, threaded connection, fixed parts are loose, there is no crack, tear phenomenon or damage, if there is an anomaly immediately repair or replace.
6.When starting parts that may be dangerous or repairing parts, hang danger sign warning signs on the power supply of parts.
