The feed particle size of the sand making machine is relatively small, usually controlled around 20-30cm, and there are clear regulations on the feed particle size, which cannot exceed the limit set by the equipment, otherwise it is easy to damage the equipment.
Different discharge particle sizes
The sand crushed by the crusher is usually controlled at a particle size of 25mm or less, so that the sand making machine can proceed with the next step of sand making processing. The particle size of the sand processed by the sand making machine will be controlled within 5mm. Through screening, sand that meets the standards for building sand will be selected.
