When the ring roller mill works, the motor drives the main machine to
rotate, and the grinding disc starts to rotate. The ring roll rotates along the
edge of the mill. ! The material is evenly distributed to the grinding disc by
the feeding device, and is compacted and ground into powder under the friction
and extrusion of the grinding disc and the ring roller In the grinding process, the fan sends hot air through the pipe into the
grinding, drying and grinding together with the material. The hot air can also
cool the main engine and effectively control the temperature of the equipment.
After grinding the material and the air flow into the separator, after powder
classification, the material reaching the required particle size is blown out,
the coarse particle flow back again, forming a closed cycle.
